Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our sales and client operations. This is a critical role that works closely with leadership to manage day\-to\-day client requests, prepare quotes, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth execution.

This is not a pure sales role—it is a high\-impact support role designed to streamline operations and enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send customer quotes for IT products, licensing, and services
  • Coordinate with vendors to source products, check pricing, and confirm availability
  • Follow up on quotes, purchase orders, and order status
  • Assist in managing enterprise client accounts and day\-to\-day requests
  • Support billing coordination and documentation
  • Maintain CRM and track opportunities
  • Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or operations
  • Familiarity with IT products (hardware, software, or cloud) is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and follow\-up ability
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly
  • Experience with quoting tools, CRM systems, or ERP is a plus
