About the Role
We’re looking for a Director of Creative \& Sales Enablement who thrives at the intersection of creativity and commercial impact. This role will lead the development of marketing campaigns, merchandising concepts, and sales tools that help our team win business and create memorable client programs.
You’ll partner closely with sales leadership to translate market trends, promotional product ideas, and client needs into compelling campaigns, client programs, and sales\-ready marketing assets. If you enjoy turning creative ideas into real revenue opportunities, this is the role for you.
This position is on\-site in Virginia Beach, VA. The base compensation for this role is $90,000 \- $120,000 depending on experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative direction for company marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Develop compelling program concepts tied to real buying moments like onboarding, employee recognition, recruiting, trade shows, and seasonal campaigns
- Create sales enablement tools including client presentations, capability decks, and marketing collateral
- Ensure our brand stays fresh and relevant across our website, email marketing, and social channels
- Partner with marketing operations to leverage HubSpot for segmentation, targeted campaigns, and marketing automation
- Lead creative strategy for trade shows, self\-promotion, and brand initiatives
- Bring current promotional product and branded merchandise trends into marketing campaigns and client programs
- Maintain strong brand consistency across digital, print, and presentation materials
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to prioritize initiatives that support revenue growth
What You Bring
- Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or agency marketing is a strong plus
- Strong eye for design, merchandising, and visual storytelling
- Proven ability to create creative campaigns and marketing programs that engage clients
- A practical mindset for turning marketing ideas into tools the sales team can actually use
- Comfort working closely with sales teams and aligning marketing with revenue goals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, solutions\-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment
