Overview
National Debt Relief is looking for a Senior Manager Revenue Operations to guide the strategy, analytics, and operational governance of our lead routing ecosystem.
This role sits at a critical junction between data, engineering, and sales strategy. You will own how leads are distributed across sales teams, ensuring the right leads reach the right teams at the right time to maximize conversion and revenue performance. You will combine deep analytical thinking with strong cross\-functional leadership, working closely with Engineering, Sales Strategy, and Revenue Operations to evolve how routing decisions are made. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and ruthless prioritizer who can turn complex data into clear recommendations and drive measurable improvements to revenue outcomes.
This role is also a people leadership position, responsible for guiding analysts and elevating the team’s impact through better analytics, dashboards, and strategic insights.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesOwn Lead Routing Strategy \& Performance
- Drive the strategy and analytics behind our lead routing systems, ensuring optimal distribution across sales teams and channels
- Document and maintain routing logic, processes, and governance to ensure clarity and scalability across stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve routing effectiveness through segmentation, prioritization, and strategic rule changes
- Partner with Engineering and Sales Strategy teams to design and implement improvements to routing logic and infrastructure
Drive Dashboarding That Improve Revenue Outcomes
- Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma that track routing performance, conversion metrics, and downstream funnel impact
- Develop deeper analytics to understand how routing decisions influence conversion rates, speed\-to\-dial, and revenue performance
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross\-functional stakeholders
- Deliver executive\-level readouts that influence strategic decisions around lead distribution and sales performance
Lead Cross\-Functional Initiatives
- Manage complex cross\-functional projects involving Sales Strategy, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Analytics
- Ensure routing changes are well understood, documented, and communicated across the organization
- Serve as the analytics leader responsible for turning routing insights into operational improvements
Manage and Develop Analysts
- Lead and mentor analysts responsible for supporting routing analytics and reporting
- Guide analytical prioritization to ensure the team focuses on highest\-impact opportunities
- Establish strong analytical standards around dashboarding, documentation, and insight delivery
Qualifications
Education/Experience* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MS in Analytics, Economics, Data Science, etc.)
- 7\+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, revenue operations, consulting, or a related field
- Experience managing analysts or leading analytical workstreams
- Proven track record translating data into strategic recommendations that influence business outcomes
- Experience working cross\-functionally with technical teams and sales teams
Required Skills/Abilities* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross\-functional leadership
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to executive audiences
- Experience building dashboards and analytics solutions
- Experience working with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau or Power BI
- Exposure to Salesforce data and sales pipeline analytics preferred

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job\-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $163,500 \- $188,000 annually. About National Debt Relief
