The Role

The Revenue Enablement \& Training Manager is responsible for building and scaling onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs across OnPay’s revenue organization. As part of the Revenue Operations team, this role ensures teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to execute effectively and consistently.

You will design and deliver structured enablement programs across revenue teams, driving faster ramp, stronger performance, and continuous skill development. This role is in\-office preferred, with flexibility for remote; if remote, travel will be required to support in\-person onboarding and training sessions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate ramp time and early productivity across revenue teams.
  • Build and manage ongoing training programs focused on product knowledge, sales skills, and process execution.
  • Become deeply versed in payroll and OnPay’s product to effectively train teams and support real\-world client interactions.
  • Participate in calls alongside team members to coach, reinforce training, and support execution in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Develop playbooks, training materials, and knowledge base content to support consistent execution.
  • Partner with HR to support LMS buildout, structure, and ongoing management.
  • Identify performance gaps through data and insights, and deliver targeted training and coaching to improve outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 3\-6\+ years in Enablement, Training, Sales, or Revenue Operations roles.
  • Experience building and scaling onboarding and training programs in a high\-growth environment.
  • Experience supporting customer\-facing teams and driving performance through structured training and coaching.
  • Experience partnering cross\-functionally with Sales Leadership and HR.
  • Experience leveraging tools and data (e.g., call recordings, LMS, performance metrics) to inform training, coaching, and enablement strategy.

Compensation includes a base salary range of ($95k\- $120k). Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
