About This Role

Overview

We are seeking a Business Development \& Marketing Operations Specialist to drive growth and enhance our market presence. This role is integral to driving patient growth, strengthening community partnerships, and building a data\-driven marketing infrastructure to support long\-term success.

Responsibilities include

• Identify and pursue new patient acquisition opportunities through field outreach, networking, and relationship building
• Collaborate on and develop new marketing ideas, campaigns, and target strategies.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflows, forms, contact lists, and automation
• Utilize CRM insights to improve patient acquisition and retention strategies
• Create and manage patient communication campaigns through eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on patient growth, outreach, and marketing performance.

Experience

• 1–3 years in business development, field marketing, sales, CRM management, or healthcare\-related roles
• Healthcare or medical practice experience strongly preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with HubSpot, eClinicalWorks (eCW), CallRail, or similar CRM platforms preferred
• Strong reporting, data analysis, and organizational skill

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (up to 50%)
• Schedule flexibility (evenings, occasional weekends, and events)
• Ability to attend local events, trade shows, and community engagements

This is a high\-impact hybrid position that directly contributes to patient growth, revenue generation, and brand expansion. You will have the opportunity to not only execute strategies but also shape and innovate how we grow in the market through both relationship\-building and data\-driven marketing.

Pay: $25\.00 \- $27\.00 per hour
