About This Role

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT professional, preferably with a background in Computer Science, to design, implement, and manage the systems that support and scale the practice's growth.

This individual will play a critical role in driving data visibility and operational alignment, helping us understand patient acquisition sources, identifying what strategies are most effective, and scale the initiatives that generate measurable revenue. Additionally, this person will ensure that all departments are aligned, integrated, and executing efficiently against shared goals.

This is not a traditional IT role.

This individual will

  • Build and connect systems across the entire organization
  • Track patient acquisition, lifecycle, and revenue
  • Enable leadership to measure ROI across all marketing and events
  • Work cross\-functionally with every department to ensure execution and adoption

You will serve as the bridge between technology, operations, marketing, and leadership.

Cross\-Functional Leadership (CORE TO THIS ROLE)

This role works across ALL departments, including:

  • Front Desk / Patient Intake
  • Marketing \& Events
  • Business Development
  • Clinical Teams
  • Leadership

Responsibilities include

  • Ensuring all systems are implemented, adopted, and used correctly
  • Currently utilizing HubSpot and ECW, possibly looking to switch to Salesforce
  • Standardizing processes across locations
  • Training teams on new systems and workflows
  • Holding departments accountable to data capture and usage

This role ensures that what is built gets used across the company

Key Responsibilities

1\. Systems Architecture \& Integration

  • Build and connect systems across:
  • EMR/EHR (ECW)
  • CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • SMS and communication platforms
  • Event and lead tracking systems
  • Eliminate data silos and manual processes
  • Ensure seamless data flow across all platforms

2\. Patient Lifecycle \& Data Tracking

  • Implement systems to track:
  • Patient acquisition source (events, partnerships, digital, referrals)
  • Full patient journey: lead → appointment → treatment → retention
  • Patient lifetime value (LTV) and engagement

3\. Marketing Attribution \& ROI Measurement

  • Build tracking systems for:
  • Wellness events
  • Corporate partnerships
  • Digital campaigns (QR, SMS, landing pages)
  • Enable NEXGN to clearly measure:
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • ROI per event
  • Channel performance

Must solve real\-world tracking challenges

4\. Automation \& Operational Efficiency

  • Automate workflows such as:
  • Lead follow\-ups
  • Appointment reminders
  • Intake and onboarding processes
  • Reduce administrative workload and human error
  • Improve operational consistency across all locations

5\. Data Analytics \& Executive Reporting

  • Build dashboards that show:
  • Conversion rates
  • Show rates / cancellations
  • Revenue by source and location
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for growth decisions

6\. Patient Experience Optimization

  • Improve digital patient journey:
  • Scheduling
  • Communication
  • Intake experience
  • Ensure a seamless, professional experience aligned with a premium brand

7\. Compliance \& Security

  • Ensure HIPAA\-compliant systems
  • Maintain data privacy and security standard

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3\+ years’ experience in IT systems, integrations, or data infrastructure
  • Experience with:
  • CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Healthcare systems (EMR/EHR such as ECW)
  • Workflow automation tools
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data system
  • Power BI, Building Dashboards etc

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare or multi\-location businesses
  • Experience with marketing attribution and analytics
  • Background in RevOps, Growth Systems, or Data Strategy

Pay: $85,000\.00 \- $100,000\.00 per year
