About This Role
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Brand \& Marketing Operations will own and drive the marketing of a U.S.\-based consumer brand for a U.S. audience.
The role includes full responsibility for brand strategy, media, and marketing execution across channels, as well as building scalable operational marketing processes powered by automation and AI. This position will lead cross\-company campaigns, shape messaging, and continuously improve efficiency and performance across the marketing organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Most frequent duties in order of importance)
- Own brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for the U.S. market
- Plan and execute upper\-funnel campaigns (TV, radio, podcasts, and awareness media)
- Lead organic social strategy and execution
- Lead cross\-company campaign planning and go\-to\-market initiatives
- Conduct market research and derive actionable customer insights
- Build and manage strategic partnerships
- Own the operational marketing workflow end\-to\-end
- Implement and optimize marketing processes using automation and AI tools
- Define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize impact across channels
- Manage and mentor the marketing team
- Work closely with product, growth, and leadership teams
NUMBER OF SUBORDINATES: 5
- Deep familiarity with U.S. consumer culture and communication style (ability to write and think in natural American voice)
- Proven experience marketing to U.S. audiences
- 6–8\+ years of B2C marketing experience
- At least 2 years managing a team
- Experience leading brand and upper\-funnel marketing initiatives
- Strong experience in organic social strategy
- Experience managing operational marketing processes
- Hands\-on experience using AI tools and marketing automation to improve efficiency and performance
- Data\-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in flexible hours

- Continuous work on a personal computer.
- Ability to work from home including a stable internet connection.
- Occasional international travel to headquarter office in Los Angeles if necessary.
- Work from office in Petach Tikva twice a week
