About This Role

Position Summary

The Project Manager plays a critical operational role within the Product organization, ensuring that initiatives across Content Strategy \& Creation, Vertical Product Management, and Product Experience are executed efficiently and transparently. Reporting to the Director of Product Enablement, this role provides project structure, maintains delivery rigor, and enables informed decision\-making through consistent documentation, reporting, and cross functional coordination.

This position combines project delivery, Jira administration, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence to ensure projects deliver meaningful value and align with product strategy.

Essential Job Functions

Project \& Delivery Management

  • Lead and manage end\-to\-end delivery of assigned initiatives across the Product team, including content creation programs, operational improvements, and cross functional projects.
  • Translate strategic goals into project plans with clear timelines, owners, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; facilitate resolution to maintain momentum.
  • Ensure strong alignment between project execution and broader product strategy.

Jira Ownership \& Workflow Management

  • Create, maintain, and optimize Jira epics, tasks, boards, and dashboards across Product initiatives.
  • Ensure Jira accurately reflects project status, workload, and priorities, serving as a single source of truth for all stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Director of Product Enablement to evolve workflow structures that support scaling and transparency.

Documentation \& Operational Rigor

  • Maintain complete, up\-to\-date project documentation, including requirements, scoping artifacts, meeting notes, decision logs, and retrospectives.
  • Standardize documentation practices across the Product organization to improve continuity, transparency, and onboarding.
  • Support operational frameworks that improve predictability and reduce friction in product development and content workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Learning Designers, and other teams across the organization to ensure shared understanding of goals, deliverables, and required inputs.
  • Facilitate standups, project check\-ins, cross team working sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Build trusted relationships and operate as a connector across teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.

Reporting \& Communication

  • Develop and deliver weekly project updates, dashboards, executive summaries, and status reports that highlight progress, risks, decisions, and value delivery.
  • Present clear, concise insights tailored to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership.

Qualifications Required

  • 3–5\+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, product operations, or similar roles.
  • Hands\-on experience with Jira, including workflow management and dashboard/report creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across a variety of audiences and functions.
  • High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to documentation quality.

Preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience managing content development or cross functional product initiatives
  • Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Confluence and Jira
  • Background in Education/EdTech, product organizations, or digital content development
