Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Grants Coordinator \& Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This position involves coordinating, tracking, and managing New York State, federal, and other grant\-funded programs. You will work closely with the Director of Budget and departmental grant managers to ensure all phases of grant administration are accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, administer, and track grant programs, ensuring all processes align with departmental goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive grants calendar and a master grant file for efficient program tracking.
- Collaborate with staff to prepare legislative resolutions for unspent funds and amend current year grant budgets.
- Verify accuracy and compliance of grant reports and claims, following up with funding agencies on unpaid claims.
- Conduct meetings with administrative staff and funding representatives as needed.
- Identify and pursue additional grant funding opportunities to maximize revenue streams.
- Analyze county revenue operations to improve efficiency and revenue maximization.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In\-depth knowledge of grant administration, municipal finance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage grant administration details efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and four (4\) years paid experience in the field of grant administration, grant management, municipal finance, or financial analysis; or
- Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with an Associate’s Degree in Public Administration, Finance, or a related field and six (6\) years paid experience in positions of increasing responsibility in the field of grant administration, grant management, municipal finance, or financial analysis.

Pay: $70,000\.00 \- $77,000\.00 per year
