General Manager

Growing POS Technology Company \| Full\-Time \| Leadership Role

We are a fast\-growing Technology Company serving restaurants and hospitality businesses. Our mission is to help operators increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiency through modern technology solutions.

We are seeking a high\-level General Manager to lead the company into its next phase of growth and expansion.

This is not a maintenance role — this is a build, scale, and optimize leadership position.

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee all company operations, drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and build scalable systems that position the company for long\-term expansion.

You will be responsible for running the entire operation — sales, marketing, customer relationships, support, team performance, KPIs, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Growth \& Expansion

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand into new markets
  • Increase client acquisition and retention
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings
  • Build scalable processes to support multi\-region expansion
  • Build Sales Teams

Operations Leadership

  • Oversee day\-to\-day company operations
  • Ensure departments are aligned and performing efficiently
  • Implement operational systems and accountability structures
  • Optimize internal workflows and cost controls

Revenue \& KPI Management

  • Establish, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, retention rates, and profitability
  • Drive performance accountability across departments
  • Report directly to ownership with clear performance metrics

Marketing Growth \& Call Center Expansion

  • Develop and execute a scalable marketing growth strategy to increase inbound leads and brand visibility
  • Oversee and expand the marketing department, including digital advertising, social media, lead generation, and campaign performance
  • Build and optimize a high\-performance call center focused on appointment setting, follow\-ups, and customer reactivation
  • Continuously analyze data to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign profitability

Tech Support, Installations \& Implementation Management

  • Oversee the technical support department to ensure fast, professional, and solution\-oriented service
  • Establish KPIs for ticket response time, resolution time, first\-call resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, onboarding, and technical teams during new client implementations
  • Standardize installation and onboarding processes to reduce errors, delays, and customer frustration
  • Monitor quality control for system setups, integrations, and go\-live transitions
  • Reduce post\-installation issues through better pre\-install preparation and client education
  • Project tracking to ensure every installation is completed on time and within scope

Customer Experience \& Retention

  • Ensure existing clients receive exceptional service
  • Improve onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support processes
  • Reduce churn and increase lifetime customer value
  • Create systems for proactive client relationship management

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, operations staff, and support teams
  • Build a high\-performance culture focused on results
  • Recruit, train, and develop top talent
  • Ensure accountability at all levels

Qualifications

  • 5\+ years of executive or senior leadership experience
  • Experience scaling a company or division
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, financial reporting, and revenue growth strategy
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, POS systems, fintech, or merchant services preferred
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue and operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills
  • Ability to build structure, systems, and accountability

Base Salary Starting : $65,000 plus Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses \= Excellent Income

Additional Bonus : Yearly Performance Bonus.
