About This Role
The Opportunity
Ripple Street is a consumer product discovery platform that connects brands with their next best fans. Companies like Mondelez, Anheuser\-Busch, and General Mills partner with us to create real\-world consumer engagement experiences at scale — driving product trials, authentic content, and measurable results.
We’re growing. We’re ambitious. And we need a Content \& Sales Enablement Manager who is serious about the craft of B2B writing — and equally serious about building the systems that turn great content into revenue.
This isn’t a “post to social and make a deck” role. At its core, this role is about two things: producing B2B content that moves sophisticated CPG buyers, and building the modular enablement infrastructure that gives our sales team everything they need to win complex enterprise deals. You’ll work directly with our CMO, collaborate with our Art Director, and embed closely with our sales pods to make sure marketing is driving pipeline, not just producing assets.
Our sales team sells into sophisticated CPG organizations through coordinated team selling. They research accounts deeply, map buying groups, and pursue specific opportunities with precision. They need marketing that matches that level of intentionality — content that can be tailored by category, persona, and conversation stage. If you light up when someone hands you a complex problem and says “make this make sense,” this is your role.
What You’ll Do
- Content \& Thought Leadership (Your Core)
- Own Ripple Street’s B2B content engine — this is the heart of the role
- Shape thought leadership themes in partnership with the CMO and bring them to life through written content and creative assets
- Develop and execute a content marketing cadence across channels — blog posts, LinkedIn content, email nurture, one\-pagers, and more
- Build and maintain a case study pipeline — from identifying proof points and drafting narratives to managing client approvals and production
- Translate complex product capabilities and campaign results into clear, compelling stories for prospects and clients
- Write with range: long\-form thought leadership, punchy social copy, narrative case studies, and data\-backed ROI stories
- Sales Enablement for Team Selling (Your Other Core)
- Build and manage a modular content system — organized by persona, category, objective, and buyer journey stage — so sales pods can quickly assemble what they need for specific accounts
- Partner with our Sales team to understand what the market is asking and where enablement gaps exist; translate field intelligence into content priorities
- Develop category\-specific proof point libraries, discovery guides, objection\-handling frameworks, and measurement storytelling tools
- Own production of sales proposals and pitch materials
- Drive adoption of marketing materials across the sales organization — build it, promote it, make sure it gets used
- Creative Direction \& Production
- Write clear briefs and collaborate with our Art Director through the full production lifecycle
- Own the creative workflow — from concept through delivery — ensuring quality, brand consistency, and on\-time execution
- Marketing Operations \& Campaigns
- Own HubSpot — build and manage email workflows, nurture sequences, reporting dashboards, and campaign tracking
- Plan and execute events, conferences, and webinars — from strategy and logistics to materials and follow\-up
- Track and report on marketing performance; use data to optimize and inform strategy
- Cross\-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and cross\-functional stakeholders to ensure marketing is aligned with commercial priorities and company direction
- Sit in on pipeline discussions and pod planning sessions to keep marketing grounded in real\-world field intelligence
Who You Are
- 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong portfolio of content, campaigns, and enablement work — writing samples required
- An exceptional writer. Not just grammatically clean — someone who writes with clarity, personality, and strategic intent. This is the most important thing.
- A systems builder. You don’t write one case study — you build a case study system. Organized, modular, reusable. You’ve done this before.
- Revenue\-fluent. You understand how a B2B deal moves, what an AE needs at each stage, and how to build materials that actually get used in the field — not just filed away.
- A structured thinker who attacks unfamiliar problems with rigor, resourcefulness, and a “let me figure it out” mindset
- Proficient in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform) — workflows, email, reporting, and campaign management
- Insatiably curious — about our space, about what makes people tick, about how to make things better
- Comfortable embedding with sales teams — you understand that great marketing serves revenue, and you want to be close to the action
- Adaptable with AI tools — you use them to work smarter, you’re curious about what’s next, and you’re eager to keep learning
- Kind, energetic, and collaborative. We’re a passionate, quirky crew and we want someone who makes the room better
Compensation
Salary range: $100,000 – $115,000 depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including PTO, health, dental, and vision coverage.
