Revops Leader/ Marketing Manager

About This Role

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner closely with stakeholders across pre sales, post sales, marketing, analytics, research, engineering, and product growth
• Scope internal requirements and translate them into systems, workflows, and technical solutions
• Build and support workflows using APIs, SQL, CRM data, and automation tools
• Design self sustaining infrastructure that supports application level and business level workflows
• Experiment with new AI tools, models, and workflow platforms to find high leverage use cases
• Increase team efficiency by building practical tools that improve daily execution
• Balance technical depth with strong communication and internal partnership skills
• Operate with minimal direction in a fast moving startup environment

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in early stage startups or similarly high ownership environments
• Strong technical ability with data, APIs, and systems level thinking
• Ability to scope work independently and execute without heavy direction
• Curiosity and comfort experimenting with new tools and emerging technologies
• Track record of meaningful impact, fast growth, or strong internal reputation in prior roles
• Strong communication skills with a low ego, collaborative approach

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Experience in go to market engineering, revenue operations, sales automation, marketing operations, or related technical business roles
• Experience building workflows for outbound automation, CRM enrichment, or internal productivity
• Strong SQL and data fluency
• Experience with Salesforce and broader CRM workflow design
• Exposure to tools such as Snowflake, Hex, Fivetran, Cursor, Claude Code, Dust, Clay, N8N, or similar platforms
• Functional depth in a vertical such as marketing, post sales, talent, or outbound operations is a plus

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $130,000\.00 \- $160,000\.00 per year
