We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our field\-based advisors and help drive operational excellence.

The Opportunity

This role supports revenue\-generating advisors by ensuring:

  • Appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently
  • CRM (Zoho) is updated and clean
  • Case statuses are tracked and dispositioned properly
  • Advisor follow\-up workflows are maintained
  • Internal communication is seamless

This is a critical support role directly tied to revenue execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdvisor Scheduling \& Support

  • Coordinate appointments between advisors and clients
  • Manage calendar logistics and confirmations
  • Assist with follow\-up communication

CRM \& Pipeline Management (Zoho)

  • Maintain accurate case status updates
  • Ensure proper dispositioning of leads
  • Monitor pipeline movement and flag stalled cases
  • Maintain CRM data integrity

Sales Operations Support

  • Track production metrics and reporting
  • Assist advisors with document collection workflows
  • Support trust funding follow\-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams

Process \& Accountability

  • Help enforce internal workflows
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Support leadership with sales activity reporting

What Success Looks Like

  • Clean, accurate CRM data
  • Advisors stay focused on selling, not admin
  • Leads are dispositioned timely
  • Fewer stalled cases
  • Clear pipeline visibility for leadership

Qualifications

Required

  • 2\+ years experience in sales support, sales ops, or CRM management
  • Experience working inside a CRM (Zoho preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred

  • Financial services experience
  • Experience supporting field\-based sales teams
  • Excel proficiency
  • Experience tracking sales metrics

Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per year
