We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our field\-based advisors and help drive operational excellence.
The Opportunity
This role supports revenue\-generating advisors by ensuring:
- Appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently
- CRM (Zoho) is updated and clean
- Case statuses are tracked and dispositioned properly
- Advisor follow\-up workflows are maintained
- Internal communication is seamless
This is a critical support role directly tied to revenue execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdvisor Scheduling \& Support
- Coordinate appointments between advisors and clients
- Manage calendar logistics and confirmations
- Assist with follow\-up communication
CRM \& Pipeline Management (Zoho)
- Maintain accurate case status updates
- Ensure proper dispositioning of leads
- Monitor pipeline movement and flag stalled cases
- Maintain CRM data integrity
Sales Operations Support
- Track production metrics and reporting
- Assist advisors with document collection workflows
- Support trust funding follow\-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams
Process \& Accountability
- Help enforce internal workflows
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Support leadership with sales activity reporting
What Success Looks Like
- Clean, accurate CRM data
- Advisors stay focused on selling, not admin
- Leads are dispositioned timely
- Fewer stalled cases
- Clear pipeline visibility for leadership
Qualifications
Required
- 2\+ years experience in sales support, sales ops, or CRM management
- Experience working inside a CRM (Zoho preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Preferred
- Financial services experience
- Experience supporting field\-based sales teams
- Excel proficiency
- Experience tracking sales metrics
Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per year
