About the Role

We’re hiring a hands‑on Marketing Operations \& Demand Generation Specialist to lead execution of our demand engine. This role is responsible for coordinating our digital marketing agency, managing inbound leads through the sales funnel, and directly generating qualified demand through outbound and nurture programs.

Success is measured by lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

What You’ll Do

Agency \& Digital Marketing Coordination

• Own day‑to‑day coordination with our external digital marketing agency
• Lead SEO, paid social, and creative execution
• Review performance and ensure activity drives qualified inbound leads

Inbound Lead \& Funnel Management

• Own the inbound lead lifecycle from first touch through sales qualification
• Manage and optimize the MQL to SQL to opportunity flow
• Ensure timely follow‑up, clean handoffs, and strong feedback loops with sales
• Monitor conversion rates, response times, and funnel leakage

Lead Generation \& Demand Creation

• Execute hands‑on lead generation, including:
• Designing, launching, and optimizing offers (assessments, campaigns, gated content)
• Outreach via e\-mail, social media, and telephone
• Actively work MQLs to qualify, educate, and convert to SQLs

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent flow of qualified MQLs and SQLs

Strong MQL* SQL conversion

• Fast lead response and clean funnel hygiene
• Measurable marketing‑sourced pipeline contribution

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, demand generation, or revenue‑adjacent roles
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead lifecycles
• Comfortable with hands‑on outreach (email, phone, social media)
• Data‑driven, organized, and execution‑focused
• Able to operate independently
• Cybersecurity or technology experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
