Baseline Requirements
Currently enrolled as a university student (undergraduate or graduate) in their Sophomore year or above.
Minimum 3\.0 GPA
Available to work full\-time starting Summer 2026
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company

Position Description
As a Business Enablement \& Solution Engineering Strategic Intern you will be working with Senior Solution Engineers in the Siemens Digital Industries Software Division that let customers realize their digital transformation initiatives in the manufacturing domain. Siemens Digital Manufacturing Software applications will be the area of focus from a customer solution perspective. The development program will offer valuable insight into manufacturing industries through the lens of Siemens software.
Responsibilities:* Build story boards around implementing Siemens Digital Manufacturing software
- Develop value propositions based on use cases
- Familiarize yourself with Siemens Product Lifecycle Management enterprise solutions like Teamcenter Manufacturing, Opcenter, NX, etc.
- Incorporate key product features into customer demonstrators
- Showcase the results selling how moving to Siemens Software Solutions can enable the customer to move faster and generate greater efficiency
Qualifications/Characteristics:* Be able to learn in a self\-paced manner
- Competent with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CAD design tools like NX, Catia, AutoCAD is a plus
- Work effectively in a Team environment
- Be able to analyze complex scenarios and have critical thinking skills
- Awareness and basic knowledge of Agentic AI
- A Junior or a Senior, pursuing a degree in Engineering
The hourly range for this position is $18\.00 to $50\.00\. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
