About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and people\-focused General Manager to lead our Space Coast and Volusia Smash My Trash operations. You’ll oversee day\-to\-day business activities, with a focus on sales growth, team leadership, and operational excellence. This role blends strategy with action—ideal for someone who can lead from the front, motivate a team, and keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
· Lead Sales and Growth
Build and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base. Use HubSpot to track leads, manage relationships, and deliver measurable results.
· Build Customer Relationships
Ensure every client has a five\-star experience. Resolve issues quickly and communicate proactively to maintain strong partnerships.
· Run Daily Operations
Keep routes, schedules, and workflows running efficiently. Use Vonigo to manage field operations and streamline service delivery.
· Manage and Develop the Team
Recruit, train, and inspire a small but high\-performing crew. Conduct regular check\-ins, set clear goals, and foster a positive, accountable culture.
· Maintain Vehicles and Logistics
Oversee fleet care, from routine maintenance to minor repairs. Manage routing and scheduling to keep our trucks on the move.
· Keep the Business on Track
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and overall performance. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven success in B2B sales and relationship management
· Experience managing teams, ideally in a logistics or service\-based industry
· Familiarity with HubSpot and Vonigo (or similar tools)
· Basic knowledge of truck and vehicle maintenance
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Ability to make data\-driven decisions and adapt to a fast\-moving environment

Pay: $72,000\.00 per year
