Position Summary

The Senior Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales organization by driving process consistency, operational efficiency, and effective sales execution across the customer lifecycle. This role ensures timely and accurate handling of sales activities, including order processing, contract coordination, and documentation management.

In addition, this role supports sales enablement by maintaining demo environments, developing and updating enablement materials, and ensuring the sales team has access to current and effective resources. The role also contributes to renewal revenue efforts by coordinating renewal communications, managing follow\-ups, and supporting customer retention and migration to Solver’s cloud solutions.

This is a career\-level professional role requiring strong judgment, independence, and the ability to manage complex operational responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales operations by managing end\-to\-end sales processes, including order processing, contract preparation, DocuSign coordination, and documentation management
  • Maintain and document sales processes, workflows, and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
  • Partner with sales, accounting, and internal teams to ensure billing readiness, order accuracy, and smooth handoffs across the sales lifecycle
  • Track and manage renewal activities, including coordinating communications, follow\-ups, and supporting customer retention initiatives
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure data accuracy in HubSpot, including opportunity stages, close dates, and required fields
  • Prepare and manage recurring reports to support pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to sales operations processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data reliability
  • Support sales enablement initiatives, including maintaining demo models and updating training and demo materials

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong experience in sales operations, sales support, or revenue operations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
  • Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and ability to collaborate across cross\-functional teams
