Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to help drive the adoption and effective use of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role sits within the IT organization but operates cross\-functionally, partnering with teams to identify opportunities, guide implementation, and embed AI into day\-to\-day workflows.
This is not a pure engineering or model\-building role. Instead, the focus is on discovery, enablement, and adoption, helping teams understand where AI can create value and ensuring those solutions are successfully integrated into how people actually work.
The ideal candidate is highly curious about AI, excels at working with people, and is energized by helping others adopt new tools and ways of thinking. They are as comfortable facilitating a workshop or training session as they are evaluating AI tools or collaborating with technical teams when needed.
This role will be a key driver in turning AI from an abstract concept into a practical, everyday capability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
AI Opportunity Discovery \& Business Engagement
- Partner with business teams to identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, or enhance decision\-making.
- Analyze workflows and processes to uncover high\-impact use cases for AI.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, and working sessions to understand team needs and translate them into actionable AI opportunities.
AI Enablement \& Adoption (Primary Focus)
- Guide teams in integrating AI tools into their daily workflows in a practical and sustainable way.
- Help move teams from experimentation to consistent usage by embedding AI into real processes.
- Develop repeatable approaches for how AI is introduced, tested, and adopted across teams.
- Measure and track adoption, usage, and impact of AI initiatives.
Change Management \& Training
- Lead the cultural adoption of AI across the organization.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and hands\-on enablement programs.
- Support users through the transition to AI\-enabled workflows, addressing resistance and building confidence.
- Act as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for effective AI usage.
AI Tool Evaluation \& Light Prototyping
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms.
- Rapidly test and prototype solutions to validate value (e.g., prompts, workflows, lightweight automations).
- Recommend tools and approaches that align with business needs and technical architecture.
- Collaborate with engineering teams when deeper or production\-level implementations are required.
Collaboration with Technical Teams
- Partner with developers, data engineers, and IT to support integration efforts when needed.
- Translate business needs into clearly defined requirements for technical teams.
- Ensure AI solutions align with existing systems, security requirements, and architecture standards.
Governance \& Responsible Use
- Promote responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies.
- Help define internal best practices and guardrails for AI usage.
- Work with IT and security teams to ensure alignment with data protection and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, generative AI platforms, automation tools) in practical workflows.
- Experience driving adoption of new tools, systems, or processes within an organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in change management, enablement, training, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Background in consulting, product management, operations, or process improvement.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Google AI, or workflow automation tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or technical architectures.
- Experience creating training materials, playbooks, or internal enablement programs.
Key Skills
- AI Curious: Actively explores new tools and continuously learns.
- Change Agent: Drives adoption and helps teams embrace new ways of working.
- Empathetic: Understands user challenges and supports them through change.
- Practical: Focuses on real\-world application and measurable outcomes.
- Connector: Bridges the gap between business needs and technical possibilities.
What This Role Will Help Us Achieve
- Drive meaningful adoption of AI across the organization—not just experimentation.
- Improve productivity and efficiency through AI\-enabled workflows.
- Empower teams to confidently use AI in their daily work.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
- Build a culture where AI enhances, rather than disrupts, how work gets done.
