The Sales Enablement Leader
The Sales Enablement Leader will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, training, content, and best practices needed to increase sales productivity and effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of experience in sales enablement, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to collaborate cross\-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams. Source Advisors goes to market through the CPA Channel but ultimately serves end client taxpayers so an ability to navigate a complex buying environment with multiple audiences will yield success in the role. This is a high\-impact role in a growing, entrepreneurial company with an opportunity to work closely with sales leadership and directly influence revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Training \& Onboarding: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Content Development \& Management: Create, organize, and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, battle cards, and other enablement materials to support the sales process.
- Sales Process Optimization: Work closely with sales leadership to refine sales methodologies, improve pipeline efficiency, and align sales strategies with business goals.
- CRM \& Technology Enablement: Ensure adoption and effective use of CRM, sales engagement platforms, and other enablement tools to drive productivity.
- Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging, competitive positioning, and go\-to\-market strategies.
- Revenue Engine Alignment: Support and facilitate the connection between marketing and sales enabling effective lead to close process, training, and accountability.
- Performance Analytics \& Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales enablement, sales training, or related role within a B2B environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or qualified experience.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Challenger etc.)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales enablement strategies that drive measurable results.
- Experience creating and managing sales content, training programs, and playbooks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize sales performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- Experience in professional services, tax consulting, or financial services is a plus.
- Commitment to integrity and quality in business.
