About This Role
1\. Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and hands\-on Marketing \& Growth Operator to manage and scale our paid acquisition and marketing systems. This role will focus on running and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, building high\-converting funnels and landing pages, and implementing AI\-driven automation workflows to generate high\-quality B2B leads. The ideal candidate will oversee the full marketing process—from campaign creation and testing to attribution tracking and lead quality optimization—while working closely with the sales team to ensure strong ROI and funded deals.
2\. Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns for business funding and capital solutions
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, retargeting, and high\-intent keyword targeting
- Create and test different ad creatives including static ads, carousel ads, UGC\-style videos, and AI\-generated video ads
- Design and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and multi\-step qualification funnels to increase conversions
- Implement and manage tracking systems including pixels, conversion APIs, and server\-side tracking
- Monitor the marketing funnel from click → lead → contact → approval → funding and improve performance
- Build and manage AI\-powered automation systems, including automated email sequences, SMS follow\-ups, and social media messaging automation
- Implement CRM automations, lead routing, and tagging systems
- Track performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per qualified lead (CPQL), and cost per funded deal (CPA)
- Continuously optimize campaigns, scale high\-performing strategies, and pause underperforming campaigns
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
3\. Skills \& Qualifications
- 3\+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Proven success generating high\-intent B2B leads
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization (CRO), and attribution tracking
- Experience working with AI automations and marketing workflow tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical and data\-driven decision\-making skills
- Ability to work independently, move quickly, and manage campaigns end\-to\-end
- Experience in business lending, alternative finance, or B2B financial services is a plus.
Pay: $80,000\.00 \- $140,000\.00 per year
