About the Role
A Director of Sales Operations will lead our Account Management and Sales Coordinator to drive revenue, developing strategies to maximize performance, set targets, and manage the full sales cycle. They will focus on team coaching, pipeline analysis, lead process optimization, and cross\-functional collaboration to meet growth goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of 50\+ employees.
- Manage, mentor, train, and motivate all levels of account managers and sales coordinators ensuring consistent process adherence.
- Build and maintain strong, long\-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Develop sales strategies, set ambitious targets, and use analytics/CRM tools to monitor performance and identify improvements.
- Oversee the entire sales funnel, forecasting, and reporting on metrics to provide visibility into goals.
- Ensure compliance with sales methods, refine pitches, and streamline lead processes.
- Drive sales of products/services, identify new markets, and analyze customer preferences.
- Work with marketing, product, and leadership to align goals and improve workflows.
What We’re Looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10 in sales or customer service, with significant time in sales management or leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high\-performing teams.
- Proven experience leading cross\-functional teams and managing multiple complex projects.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with executive\-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and organizational change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP or business analytics systems. Experience in SAP and Salesforce ideal.

Physical Demands
- Sales calls may involve various noise levels and temperature variations.
- Lift and move samples and products up to 50 pounds.
- Driving for extended periods of time; 50% travel requirement
Work Environment
- Primarily an indoor working environment.
- The work environment requires at times long workdays and weekend work.
- May involve at times exposure to various warehouse environments which require the use of personal protective equipment, such as hard hats in certain areas.
