The Role
STEGO is seeking an Inside Sales Operations professional to join the team onsite in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
- Support 5\-6 sales managers with quotes, order processing, and customer follow\-ups.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Prepare and send price quotations, lead time estimates, and product information.
- Regular collaboration with sales and marketing to develop cold\-calling/emailing list for prospecting and lead generation
- Proactively reach out to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in our products or services.
- Nurture relationships with prospects who have shown interest in our offerings.
- Track and manage sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system in collaboration with regional sales managers
- Enter and track orders in the ERP.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and documentation.
- Help troubleshoot basic product or order issues, escalating if needed.
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 2\+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service (preferably in a technical or B2B environment).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable supporting multiple team members and managing shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce or similar.
- Self\-motivated, dependable, and customer\-focused.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
