About This Role
About us
sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things simple while earning trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction.
Today, sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and own the training, coaching, and knowledge infrastructure for our US sales team (SDRs and AEs). This is a zero\-to\-one opportunity — you’ll be our first dedicated enablement hire in the US, which means you’re not inheriting a polished program. You’re building one.
This role reports directly to the US CRO and sits inside the sales org. You’ll work closely with Sales Directors, GTM Operations, and Product to ensure everything you build is grounded in how our reps actually sell — and tied directly to rep performance and business results.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Center \& Sales Content
- Own and maintain the US Sales Knowledge Center: playbooks, battlecards, pitch guides, discovery frameworks, objection handling docs, and product one\-pagers
- Ensure all content stays current as our product, pricing, and competitive landscape evolve
- Build materials reps actually reference in the field — not a content library that collects dust
Training \& Onboarding
- Design and run the US sales training calendar: structured onboarding for new hires and continuous skill development for the full team
- Own the new hire onboarding program — 30/60/90 structure, milestones, and first\-call readiness certification
- Partner with Sales Directors to identify skill gaps and build targeted training interventions
Coaching \& Rep Development
- Embed with the team — attend meetings, shadow calls, give direct and constructive 1:1 feedback
- Build a rep readiness framework: know who is strong on what, where the gaps are, and what to do about it
- Track individual rep improvement over time and feed insights to Sales leadership
Measurement \& Iteration
- Define and track metrics that show whether training is working: ramp time, skill assessment scores, session completion, and rep performance trends
- Continuously improve the program based on data and rep feedback

- Facilitation and coaching ability: comfortable running a room, giving direct feedback, and holding reps accountable with empathy
- Builder mindset: energized by ambiguity and excited to go from zero to one
- Comfort with and excitement around being the first and solo enablement hire! Full ownership.
- A passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry
