We use HubSpot to manage our sales pipeline and operational workflows and are looking for an experienced professional who can help us optimize and scale our CRM processes.

Position Overview

We are seeking a HubSpot CRM \& Automation Specialist to support a project focused on improving our CRM structure, automations, and reporting.

This role will help streamline our sales pipeline, improve internal workflows, and ensure our HubSpot system is set up to support continued company growth.

This will begin as a project\-based engagement with potential for ongoing collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize HubSpot workflows and automation
• Improve and structure sales pipelines and deal stages
• Create and manage sales automation sequences
• Develop reporting dashboards and performance tracking
• Integrate HubSpot with proposal and installation systems
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM efficiency and processes
• Provide guidance and training to internal team members on HubSpot best practices

Qualifications

• Strong experience working with HubSpot CRM
• Experience building automation workflows and sequences
• Background in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, or CRM management
• Experience integrating HubSpot with other tools and systems
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams

Engagement

This role will begin as a project\-based engagement and may evolve into an ongoing consulting relationship depending on business needs.

Occasional onsite collaboration at the office is needed.

Job Types: Part\-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $75\.00 \- $120\.00 per hour
