Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and versatile Sales Operations \& Showroom Assistant to support our sales team and daily business operations. This role is a unique mix of digital data management, customer outreach, and hands\-on product preparation. You will be responsible for keeping our digital systems accurate, maintaining our physical sample collections, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience from order entry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Data \& System Management: Maintain and update product information, inventory data, and server files to ensure the website and internal systems reflect current stock and pricing.
• Customer Communication: Proactively reach out to customers via phone and email to confirm order details, verify information, and provide status updates.
• Order \& Admin Support: Manage order entry with high accuracy, handle filing, and provide general administrative support to the sales department.
• Sample Operations: Prepare, organize, and steam garments for showroom display, meetings, or shipments.
• Warehouse Assistance: Work in the warehouse as needed to pull samples, pack orders, or assist with freight flow.
• Event Support: Travel to and assist with industry tradeshows, including booth setup and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional emailing and calling.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding data entry and order processing.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows.

Pay: $18\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40\.0 per week
