  • Unlock revenue forces indirectly (this role is not a quota carrier) by improving process, insight, and cross functional execution.
  • Develop and oversee revenue forecasting models, pipeline health metrics, and reporting dashboards to enable proactive decision\-making.
  • Integrate Sales Operations Function and Best practices as need with M\&A Partnerships

Operational Excellence* Build and lead a high\-performing Revenue Operations team that supports sales enablement, analytics, CRM administration, and process optimization.

  • Align the organization to the CRM and a disciplined pipeline management approach; establish the cadences and hygiene required to run it well.
  • Standardize processes for lead management, pipeline governance, and account segmentation to drive scalable revenue growth.
  • Implement and optimize sales technology stack (CRM, analytics platforms, forecasting tools) to maximize efficiency and adoption.
  • Ensure highest level standards are met data integrity, security, and governance (AI and CRM, etc.)
  • Partners closely with the People Operations team to design and implement sales incentive programs, as well as broader recognition and reward initiatives.

Data\-Driven Insights \& Performance Management* In partnership with Business Development leadership, create and manage KPIs that measure sales effectiveness, pipeline velocity, win rates, and customer lifetime value.

  • Provide actionable insights to leadership through rigorous data analysis and sales performance.
  • Translate metrics into strategic recommendations that improve productivity, revenue yield, and client satisfaction.

Leadership \& Influence* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on revenue performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Lead change management efforts to embed a metrics\-first culture across commercial teams.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build future leaders within the RevOps function.
