Nurse Life Coach Academy is a fast\-growing professional education company that certifies registered nurses in nurse coaching through online programs, live training, and a strong community ecosystem. We’re a mid–7 figure business and scaling; we want our revenue systems to be as dialed as our curriculum.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to own the systems, data, and processes that power our marketing, sales, and client success teams. You will be the primary HubSpot owner and the go\-to expert for solving problems and connecting data across our broader tech stack.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to go deep on one business, build clean systems, and be relied on for accurate data and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Ownership
- Serve as primary HubSpot admin: configuration, user management, governance.
- Design and maintain lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, custom properties, and workflows.
- Own lead capture, scoring, routing, and handoffs from marketing to sales to client success.
- Revenue Operations \& Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and teams (lead flow, funnel conversion, show rate, close rate, revenue, and unit economics).
- Maintain data hygiene (deduping, normalization, audits) and enforce data standards.
- Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations to improve funnel performance.
- Cross\-System Tech Support
- Manage and optimize integrations between HubSpot and other core systems (ads, scheduling, attribution, payments, learning platforms, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues across the stack and proactively prevent data as breaks.
- Process \& Documentation
- Map, document, and continuously improve the end\-to\-end customer journey.
- Create clear SOPs and training for marketing, sales, and client success around systems usage.
Qualifications
- 4\+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops, including 3\+ years as a HubSpot power user/admin.
- Proven experience supporting a call\-based, high\-ticket funnel.
- Strong analytical skills; expert with HubSpot reporting and comfortable in spreadsheets.
- Experience owning integrations and solving system\-level issues across tools.
- Excellent communicator and documenter; process\-driven and highly reliable.
Compensation \& Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000 depending on experience and location.
