About the Role
You are the execution engine behind marketing.
This role combines content operations, CRM management, marketing automation, and data tracking. You will make sure everything runs smoothly, gets executed on time, and is properly tracked so the team can make smart decisions.
You are not here to wait for instructions. You are here to keep things moving, fix what’s broken, and improve how things work.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForContent Execution \& Distribution
- Repurpose long\-form content (podcasts, recordings) into short\-form
- Coordinate editing, scheduling, and publishing across platforms
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure nothing slips
Go High Level (Core System)
- Manage day\-to\-day operations inside Go High Level (GHL)
- Clean up and improve existing automations and workflows
- Maintain pipelines, forms, tagging, and CRM organization
- Support funnel builds and updates
Marketing Automation \& Campaign Support
- Manage and improve email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
- Support segmentation and targeting to improve lead quality
- Assist in launching and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, tagged, and measured
Tracking, Attribution \& Data
- Set up and manage UTMs, tagging, and attribution
- Ensure all leads are properly tracked by source
- Maintain clean, reliable data inside GHL and reporting tools
Reporting \& Performance Insights
- Build simple, clear reports (Google Sheets is fine)
- Track performance across campaigns and content
- Identify trends and flag what’s working and what’s not
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, timelines, and results
AI \& Efficiency
- Use AI tools to accelerate content and workflows
- Support creative production using tools like Nano Banana and similar platforms
- Continuously look for ways to improve speed, efficiency, and output
Market Awareness \& Improvement
- Stay aware of trends in digital marketing and content performance
- Identify opportunities to improve messaging, content, and workflows
- Bring ideas forward, not just execute tasks
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Content is consistently executed and on schedule
- GHL is organized, cleaned up, and functioning smoothly
- Automations are improved and running logically
- Lead tracking and attribution are accurate
- Reporting is clear, consistent, and useful
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in service\-based or high\-ticket businesses
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working inside Go High Level or similar CRM
- Understanding of marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing
- Comfortable with data, tracking, and basic analytics
- Self\-starter who does not need micromanaging
- Excited about using AI tools in daily work
- Comfortable working in a fast\-moving environment where systems are being improved and refined

Pay: $59,372\.30 \- $71,502\.13 per year
