About This Role
United Public Adjusters is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Revenue Enablement Specialist to ensure that every sales opportunity translates into signed retainers and active claims. This role is critical to protecting revenue by driving operational excellence behind the scenes, enabling our sales team to focus on building relationships and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Retainer & Sales Follow-Up Management * Ensure retainer agreements are sent immediately after prospect engagement. * Track outstanding retainers and prompt timely follow-up communications. * Prevent potential client loss due to missed or delayed follow-up. CRM Ownership & Data Integrity (HubSpot) * Enter all leads into HubSpot to trigger automation workflows. * Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and contact records. * Eliminate “off system” leads from emails, texts, or spreadsheets. * Manage supplemental tracking spreadsheets for leadership visibility. Sales & Marketing Coordination * Prepare and send customized marketing collateral for: * Insurance agents * Property managers * Commercial property owners * High-net-worth residential clients * Manage both physical mailings and digital delivery. * Track materials sent, recipients, and timing. Scheduling & Relationship Support * Assist with scheduling in-person meetings, presentations, and outreach with: * Insurance agents * Property managers * Strategic referral partners * Coordinate calendars, confirmations, and reminders. Event & Outreach Execution * Support setup and coordination for events, sponsorships, and industry outreach (such as trade events, hosted gatherings). * Ensure all contacts and leads from events are promptly entered into HubSpot and placed into follow-up workflows. Qualifications * Experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, or similar role. * Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and coordination skills.
