Vee International is a Vertically Integrated Manufacturer in the sexual wellness category. An established brand since 2007 our products are internationally distributed. Most of our business is B2B with a small but growing D2C component. Our main office is located in Garden City.

What You Will Own

• Lead And Develop Customer Service / Sales Operations Team
• Coordinate With Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Marketing, Digital Ops, Ecommerce Management
• Work towards Automations and the incorporation of Ai in our workflows.
• Ensure Orders Are Being Correctly and Rapidly Processed
• Coordinate With Finance On A/R
• Coordinate With Digital Ops and Ecommerce To Continuously Improve Customer Service, Netsuite ERP, Warranty
• Participate In S\&OP Meetings And Execute As Planned
• Participate In Leadership Training
• Most Importantly \- You Are A Skilled Process Writer And Will Religiously And Continuously Improve And Document The Processes
• Troubleshoot / Problem Solve / Continuously Improve All Of The Above

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $65,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per year
