By moving products closer to the end consumer before they even buy them, we transform the logistics experience by unlocking "Fast \& Free" shipping speeds for customers, removing the headache of self\-fulfillment for suppliers, and ensuring high product availability for the Wayfair marketplace. The CastleGate Performance \& Enablement team acts as the "Control Tower" for this massive operation.

The CastleGate Performance \& Enablement team is seeking a detail\-oriented and collaborative Senior Analyst to support CastleGate and availability control tower reporting, prospecting execution, and sales enablement analytics. This role will focus on building datasets, maintaining dashboards, and generating insights that equip supplier\-facing teams to drive supplier performance, availability and CastleGate growth. This individual will apply data and AI tools to automate reporting, improve visibility, and reduce manual effort, enabling Sales and Inventory teams to focus on high\-impact supplier engagement.What you will do:

• Build and maintain recurring datasets and dashboards supporting control tower metrics and sales funnel tracking
• Monitor key availability, inbound, and inventory health metrics and proactively flag risks
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline reporting, analysis, and insight generation
• Support prospecting efforts by identifying potential CG suppliers based on category growth plans
• Assist in opportunity sizing and performance analysis for CastleGate growth initiatives
• Partner cross\-functionally to validate data accuracy and improve reporting consistency
• Identify manual or repetitive processes and recommend automation improvements

What You'll Need* Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field

• 2\+ years of professional experience
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
• Comfort using AI\-enabled tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, workflow builders) to increase productivity and improve outputs
• Team\-first attitude with enthusiasm for cross\-functional collaboration
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; you must be adaptable and comfortable with change

All Boston\-based interns, Co\-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday \- Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
