At Wealthbox, we serve thousands of financial advisors with our modern CRM software, which provides an easy way to manage client relationships, organize and execute workflow processes, and collaborate with a team in a powerful and beautiful software solution.
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist. In this role, you’ll be embedded with our sales team, focused on two things: making sure every rep is trained to sell with confidence and that they always have the right content to close. From onboarding new hires to keeping seasoned reps sharp on product updates and competitive positioning, you’ll be the resource the sales team relies on to show up prepared every day.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end\-to\-end onboarding experience for new customer facing team hires. Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs that get new hires ramped quickly and customer\-ready. Track progress and proactively identify gaps before they become problems.
- Lead the planning and execution of weekly enablement sessions. Develop agendas, coordinate presenters, and prepare materials with enough lead time for sales leadership to review and align. Stay consistently plugged into the sales org to bring proactive, relevant topics.
- Develop and maintain high\-impact enablement content including playbooks, training materials, and job aids. Build programs that are engaging, practical, and tied to measurable outcomes.
- Own enablement projects from start to finish. Communicate progress proactively, flag risks early, and deliver on time. Plan and collaborate with key stakeholders including Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product, and Marketing.
Desired skills and experience
- 2\-4\+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales or a related role
- Comfortable building and delivering training to customer\-facing teams
- Strong organizational skills with a bias toward proactive communication and follow\-through
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools including LMS platforms (WorkRamp a plus), conversation intelligence tools (Gong), and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- SaaS experience strongly preferred
Work Schedule
- Full\-time, weekdays during business hours (fully remote)
- Occasional travel for company events
