Wellmedr is a rapidly scaling telehealth company delivering premium treatment programs across the U.S. We operate at high volume and are focused on building a world\-class patient experience while maintaining strong financial discipline.We are looking for a sharp, proactive Billing \& Revenue Operations Specialist who can take ownership of billing systems, reduce revenue leakage, and handle sensitive payment\-related interactions with patients. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH STRIPE, Please do not apply without this skill.

What This Role Actually Owns

This is not a passive support role.

You will be responsible for protecting and recovering revenue across billing operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve payment failures and rebill issues in Stripe
• Proactively reach out to patients to update payment methods and recover failed payments
• Handle dispute and chargeback resolution (build strong evidence, win cases)
• Issue payment links and assist patients with completing transactions
• Process plan upgrades/downgrades and billing adjustments
• Apply credits or honor promotions when appropriate
• Identify and flag billing system issues, inconsistencies, or revenue leaks
• Maintain clean and accurate billing records
• Work closely with support, pharmacy, and operations teams to resolve billing\-related blockers

What We’re Looking For

You are not reactive—you anticipate problems before they happen.

• Strong experience with Stripe (subscriptions, payments, disputes)
• Experience handling high\-volume billing or subscription\-based businesses
• Comfortable communicating with patients regarding sensitive billing issues
• Highly organized and detail\-oriented
• Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you find and fix them
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing accuracy
• Strong written communication skills

Bonus (Preferred but Not Required)

• Telehealth or healthcare experience
• Experience reducing dispute rates and improving recovery rates
• Familiarity with subscription lifecycle management
