We are seeking a dynamic, high\-performing Sales \& Operations Manager to drive new business growth and support operational excellence for our commercial cleaning services across the greater Sacramento region — including Vacaville, Davis, Rocklin, Roseville, Folsom, Concord, Stockton, and surrounding areas.
This is a uniquely blended role designed for a professional who thrives in both a client\-facing sales environment and an operational oversight capacity. You will be the connective tissue between growth and delivery — closing new contracts while ensuring the field teams and processes behind them run smoothly.

About the Role
As a Sales \& Operations Manager, you will own the full sales cycle while also playing a hands\-on role in operational oversight and team coordination. This is a 70% sales / 30% operations role, structured for a leader who is equally comfortable closing a deal in a boardroom and solving a staffing or scheduling challenge in the field.
You will be supported by
- Lead generation systems and marketing support Administrative assistance for paperwork and backend tasks CRM systems and structured processes Leadership that values independence over micromanagement
This is a primarily work\-from\-home, flexible role with regular field presence required for sales calls,client visits, site inspections, and operational check\-ins.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales (70%)o Prospect and develop new commercial cleaning opportunitieso Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of proactive prospecting weeklyo Schedule appointments and deliver professional sales presentationso Build rapport, overcome objections, and close recurring contractso Maintain and manage pipeline activity within CRMo Develop and manage a target account listo Conduct site visits and periodic inspections of select accountso Collaborate with operations and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboardingo Manage ongoing client relationships and identify expansion opportunities Operations (30%)o Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections to ensure service delivery standardso Partner with cleaning crews to address staffing, scheduling, and performance issueso Assist in onboarding new accounts — coordinating schedules, staffing plans, and supply needs
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7\+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in service\-based or contract environments Proven hunter mentality with consistent quota attainment Demonstrated success closing short\-cycle B2B contracts Strong CRM proficiency Highly organized and process\-driven Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in service\-based or contract sales environments preferred
Compensation \& Earnings Potential
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 Uncapped commission structure First\-Year On\-Target Earnings: $100,000\+ Significant earning potential for high performers in years two and beyond
