Responsibilities

• Oversee operations management functions, including process improvement, project management, and program management to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, fostering partnerships, and expanding market presence.
• Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to support organizational objectives while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
• Implement robust management practices that promote leadership development, supervising experience, and high\-performance team building.
• Spearhead initiatives for continuous process improvement, leveraging data\-driven insights to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning efforts, ensuring alignment across departments and effective execution of organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management with a strong track record of leading large teams and supervising staff at senior levels.
• 10 Years experience in medical field
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, strategic planning, and implementing process improvements within complex organizations.
• Strong background in business development, project management, budgeting, forecasting, and program management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational success.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to articulate vision clearly across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Pay: $115,000\.00 \- $165,000\.00 per year
