About This Role

Role: Business Operations Analyst / Coordinator

Duration: 12 \+ Months Contract Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Support hiring operations: track pipeline, coordinate with HR/Finance, prepare reports
• Manage budget \& expense tracking; flag risks and build basic dashboards
• Create executive presentations, reports, and updates
• Coordinate events (All Hands, workshops)
• Assist in resource planning \& product planning cycles

Drive AI\-enabled workflow improvements and process optimization

Required Skills

• 5\+ years in Business Ops / Program / Project Management
• Experience in process/workflow development (recruiting or product teams)
• Strong communication \& stakeholder management
• Ability to create slides, dashboards, and reports

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI tools / automation workflows
• Experience in Search, Data Science, Ads, or Marketing products
• Budget management experience

Pay: $35\.00 \- $38\.00 per hour
