Sales Operations Associate
Reports to: Sales Operations Director
Level: Entry\-level to intermediate (1–3 years)
Overview
This in\-office role fulfills ongoing operational needs that drive the ultimate success of the sales team by improving data accuracy, updating business systems like the CRM, and completing coordinated tasks that improve the effectiveness across the organization. You’ll partner with the Sales Operations Director to ensure the right work is completed at the right time, with clarity and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Execute the data strategy by maintaining clean, accurate, and organized information that enables the organization to operate with confidence and clarity
- Own the tactical execution of system and process improvements by implementing configurations, updates, and adjustments that align with the operational vision for sales excellence
- Handle incoming requests by gathering needed details, confirming expectations, and completing the associated data or system updates
- Build and maintain knowledge bases that support process consistency and improve sales team comprehension and success, and ultimately striving to minimize administrative burden
- Assist in coordinating operational changes by preparing information, organizing inputs, and ensuring updates are recorded accurately
- Provide structured, detail\-oriented support that helps clarify next steps, identify missing information early, and maintain alignment with expectations.
- Drive key initiatives forward by taking guided ownership of the tactical execution that turns strategy into sustainable, reliable operational improvements
- Build trust and operational stability through reliable execution of recurring responsibilities and core processes, enabling management and leadership to focus on strategy and organizational impact
- Own the full lifecycle of vendor marketing funds: invoice programs, track commitments, collect funds, reconcile payments, and report status.
Tools You’ll Use
Salesforce; Website/ERP; Excel; Asana/PM tool; Dialpad; Microsoft 365 Suite; Power BI (as\-needed support); SQL (as\-needed/support); must be comfortable using AI technology/ agents.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years in business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or coordinator/administrative operations roles with data/administrative responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working within CRM and business systems.
- A natural ability to quickly learn new technology and business platforms; tech\-savvy and adaptable to evolving tools.
- Solid documentation habits, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
- Reliability, follow\-through, and a steady, organized working style.

This position is expected to work on\-site alongside our Sales Team during standard business hours.
