We are now entering our next phase of growth. ABC is on a mission to scale from $8M to $16M\+ in annual revenue, and we are looking for a seasoned, high\-impact leader to help build the sales engine that gets us there.

The Role

We are hiring a Director of Sales \& Revenue Operations to lead and improve the performance of our inside sales organization.

This is not a narrow “manager” role. This is a senior leadership seat for someone who can drive revenue, improve conversion, build accountability, strengthen reporting and forecasting, optimize lead flow, and raise the standard of execution across the sales floor.

You will oversee an inside sales team of approximately 15 representatives and work directly with the CEO and leadership team to improve the systems, structure, talent, and operating discipline required to scale.

This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands\-on — someone who can look at the numbers, diagnose what is broken, improve the process, coach the team, and build a more predictable revenue machine.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead, manage, and improve the performance of a 15\-person inside sales team
  • Increase close rate, revenue per lead, daily production, and overall sales consistency
  • Build and enforce KPI accountability across the floor
  • Improve sales reporting, forecasting, visibility, and performance management
  • Evaluate and optimize lead distribution, follow\-up discipline, and rep effectiveness
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop stronger sales talent
  • Conduct call review, coaching, and in\-the\-moment sales leadership
  • Help create a high\-performance culture with real accountability and higher standards
  • Partner with leadership to improve alignment between sales, resolution, and client experience
  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement changes that improve speed, conversion, and predictability
  • Help build the infrastructure needed to scale revenue from $8M to $16M\+

What We’re Looking For

  • 7\+ years of leadership experience in inside sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related commercial leadership role
  • Proven success leading teams in high\-ticket, consultative B2C or service\-based sales
  • Strong track record of improving conversion, accountability, forecasting, and process discipline
  • Experience managing or optimizing inbound lead flow, lead routing, and sales performance systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, in\-person, high\-expectation environment
  • Strong coaching instincts and the ability to command respect from a sales floor
  • Data\-driven, operationally sharp, and capable of turning insight into action
  • Able to partner closely with a founder/CEO and help translate growth goals into execution
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred, not required

Compensation

  • Base salary: $140,000 – $185,000, depending on experience
  • Additional compensation structure can be discussed for candidates with the right background and track record

This is an in\-person role based in Eagle Rock, California.
