About This Role

Job Overview We are seeking a driven, detail\-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our sales organization, ensuring our teams have the processes, data, and tools they need to perform at their best. You will work cross\-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Compliance to streamline operations and accelerate revenue growth.

Essential Functions

CRM Management

· Own and administer the CRM platform (Zoho), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and user adoption.

· Design and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports to support the sales team’s day\-to\-day operations.

· Manage user access, permissions, and ongoing CRM training for new and existing team members.

Revenue Reporting \& Forecasting

· Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting across pipeline, bookings, and revenue metrics.

· Partner with Revenue and Finance to develop and refine forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the business.

· Analyze sales performance trends and surface actionable insights for sales leadership.

Sales Process Optimization

· Identify bottlenecks in the sales and underwriting process and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

· Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all key sales workflows.

· Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technology stack to maximize team productivity.

Cross\-Functional Collaboration

· Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and teams, including Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

· Coordinate with Marketing/Product on lead routing, campaign tracking, and pipeline attribution.

· Support headcount planning, territory design, and quota\-setting processes with Sales leadership.

Compliance Documentation \& Collection

· Manage the collection, tracking, and storage of compliance documentation required for client onboarding and ongoing regulatory requirements.

· Work closely with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure all client\-facing documentation meets regulatory standards (e.g., KYC, AML, BSA requirements in a BaaS/fintech context).

· Maintain an organized, audit\-ready repository of compliance records and proactively follow up on outstanding documentation.

· Partner with the onboarding team to streamline compliance document workflows and reduce time\-to\-close.

Qualifications

· 2\+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related role.

· Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred but not mandatory); experience with administration and reporting.

· Proven ability to build reports, dashboards, and models using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

· Experience managing compliance documentation processes, ideally within a fintech, BaaS, or regulated financial services environment.

· Excellent cross\-functional communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a process\-first mindset.

Nice to have

· Experience in a BaaS, fintech, or financial services company.

· Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance workflows and documentation requirements.

· Experience with sales engagement tools and revenue intelligence platform

Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $120,000\.00 per year
