Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager, Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales teams and drive business growth through innovative management and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales operations team, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve organizational goals.

  • Oversee profit and loss responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met through effective budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

  • Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management roles with a strong track record of leading sales teams and supervising staff effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management within a fast\-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of profit \& loss management, process improvement methodologies, and sales techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate strategies clearly and build relationships across departments.
