Content & Marketing Operations Lead

About Us AC Partners is a 7-year-old creative marketing and PR agency specializing in beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics. Our clients include med spas, dermatology practices, aesthetic clinics, wellness brands, and retail beauty brands sold in Sephora, Ulta, Target, and more. We're a fast-moving team that produces high-volume content across multiple clients every week.

The Role We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Content & Marketing Operations Lead to own our content pipeline from planning to delivery. You'll coordinate content days, edit photo and video, and keep every client's content calendar planned and on schedule. This role is a mix of hands-on creative work and project management, and it's a great fit for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Create shot lists for every client content day, researching what each brand has already posted and what's missing
• Coordinate content days: scheduling, checking in with the team on site, and making sure shot lists are executed
• Edit photo and video for multiple clients, delivering priority selects quickly and full galleries within 3 business days
• Build feed moodboards and grid previews for approval before content is scheduled
• Keep every client at least two weeks ahead on planned and scheduled content
• Organize content in shared folders and Frame.io, and track revisions
• Post regular status updates in Asana so the team always knows where projects stand

What You Bring

• 2+ years in content production, social media, or marketing operations (agency experience a plus)
• Strong photo and video editing skills (Adobe Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
• A clean, bright editing eye with attention to natural, accurate skin tones
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once
• Experience with project management tools like Asana
• Clear, reliable communication
• Based in Miami and able to attend on-site content days
• Beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics experience is a strong plus

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
