What You’ll Do

This role combines sales support, operations coordination, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to support day\-to\-day business operations.

• Support sales team with order processing, order follow\-up, and contract coordination
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics
• Assist with project tracking and cross\-functional coordination
• Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation (Excel / Salesforce)
• Handle general administrative and operational support as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• 2\+ years experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail\-oriented with strong follow\-up ability
• Comfortable working in a hands\-on, fast\-paced environment
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
