Transforming The Way Construction Owners Use Technology \& Data

If you are passionate about emerging technology, solving problems, enabling teams, and driving meaningful innovation in a fast\-paced environment, this is the position for you. The AI Enablement Lead is a high\-impact role focused on embedding AI into delivery workflows across strategic client accounts. This individual will help teams adopt client\-approved AI tools, develop repeatable use cases, and position Avicado as an AI\-native service provider. This role requires the ability to work well on a remote team, operate in ambiguity, and influence adoption across multiple stakeholders.

What you’ll do…

• AI Discovery \& Use Case Development
• Identify high\-impact opportunities to apply AI within existing delivery workflows across the client account.
• Partner with teams to understand day\-to\-day responsibilities and map AI tools to real business problems.
• Stay current on client\-approved AI tools and their evolving capabilities, including platforms such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT,and Claude.
• Team Enablement \& Adoption
• Train and coach team members on how to effectively use AI tools in their day\-to\-day work.
• Drive adoption by introducing practical, repeatable workflows and real examples of success.
• Establish lightweight tracking mechanisms to increase visibility and accountability around AI usage, wins, and impact.
• Implementation \& Workflow Integration
• Work directly with delivery teams to integrate AI into active projects and workflows.
• Pilot, refine, and scale AI use cases that improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
• Ensure solutions are usable, repeatable, and adopted — not just explored.
• Reporting \& Knowledge Sharing
• Provide regular updates on AI adoption, use cases, and measurable impact within the account.
• Document successful workflows and create reusable playbooks and best practices.
• Contribute insights and learnings back to Avicado to support broader AI capability development.
• Client \& Account Impact
• Support positioning Avicado as an AI\-native service provider within strategic client accounts.
• Surface AI\-driven innovations, automations, and improvements that enhance client outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
• Work closely with People \& Talent to develop and deliver training materials and sessions that support effective adoption of AI\-powered tools among employees.

You should have

• Hands\-on experience using AI tools within delivery work.
• Proven ability to apply AI to real\-world workflows to improve efficiency, quality, or scalability.
• Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to translate ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to train, guide, and collaborate with both technical and non\-technical team members.
• Comfort operating in a fast\-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to balance existing client responsibilities while contributing to AI initiatives.
• Passion for exploring emerging technologies and applying them in practical, business\-focused ways.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing repeatable processes, playbooks, or training materials.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, or technical tooling that enhances AI application.
• Experience driving change management, enablement, or adoption initiatives across teams.
• Experience with Data Center Design, Engineering/Construction industry standards and/or Procurement processes
