We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to the details, improving processes, and helping others succeed. This is a hands\-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, follows through, and enjoys teaching others how to do things the right way.
As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll help ensure orders move smoothly from the sales team into production, company procedures are followed consistently, and new employees receive the training and support they need to be successful.
We're a well\-established company that values teamwork, common sense, and people who take ownership of their work. This position works closely with every department and plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
· Oversee the review of customer orders for accuracy and completeness before they move into production.
· Ensure paperwork, artwork, approvals, and supporting documents are complete and routed correctly by team members.
· Monitor workflow and help keep orders moving efficiently through each stage of the process.
· Identify errors, bottlenecks, and process issues before they become customer problems.
· Work closely with sales, customer service, production, and management to resolve issues quickly.
· Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
· Train new team members on company procedures, systems, and best practices.
· Help develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures.
· Reinforce consistent processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring as needed.

· 3\+ years of direct experience in a high\-volume professional sales, customer service, operations management, and/or training environment.
