Location: Dallas, TX (On\-Site or Hybrid) Salary: $48,000–$56,000
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and detail\-oriented Marketing Operations \& Project Coordinator to support our GTM organization, with primary focus on Digital Marketing, E\-commerce, Marketplace, and Creative teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, coordinating across teams, managing timelines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You do not need to be a digital marketing expert on day one \- we are willing to train the right person who is reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
You will work directly with the Chief GTM Officer and gain hands\-on exposure to e\-commerce, digital marketing, project management, reporting \& analytics, and agency collaboration. By mastering these cross\-functional workflows, you will build a powerful foundation for a long\-term career in marketing leadership, digital commerce, or agile project management.
What You'll Do
Project \& Workflow Coordination
- Manage and maintain project boards, task lists, timelines, and sprint plans in Jira
- Coordinate project schedules across Digital Marketing, E\-commerce, Creative, and Marketplace teams
- Follow up on open tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify blockers, missing information, or timeline risks before they become larger issues
- Maintain campaign calendars and project trackers
- Prepare weekly project status updates and summarize key priorities, risks, and upcoming deadlines for leadership review
Agency \& Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and agency partners
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and organize it into clear, actionable communications
- Document agency recommendations, questions, and action items
- Track outstanding items and ensure follow\-up actions are completed
- Support agency project management under the direction of the Chief GTM Officer
Documentation \& Administrative Support
· Organize and maintain team documentation, SOPs, shared drives, creative assets, and project records.
· Support the creation, formatting, and ongoing maintenance of internal documents, including brand guides, campaign briefs, SOPs, project notes, and reference materials.
· Help establish and maintain file naming conventions, folder structures, and version control across team documents and creative assets.
· Prepare meeting notes, action items, project summaries, and follow\-up documentation.
· Assist with internal communications and documentation updates to ensure team information stays clear, current, and easy to find.
Campaign \& E\-commerce Support
- Help coordinate campaign launches across website, email, paid media, social media, and marketplace channels
- Support website content reviews, promotional setup, and quality assurance checks
- Assist with product launches, content updates, and cross\-functional project coordination
- Help ensure campaigns launch on time and with consistent messaging across channels
Reporting \& Operational Support
- Update recurring sales, marketing, and project reports
- Compile information from multiple sources into organized reports and summaries
- Assist with data gathering, research, and ad hoc requests
- Identify reporting inconsistencies and help maintain data accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in E\-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Information Systems, or a related analytical/business field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and follow\-through
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Self\-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple teams
Bonus Qualifications
- Jira, ClickUp, or other project management tools
- Exposure to performance marketing, such as SEO, PPC, UX, CRO, e\-commerce analytics, or project coordination
- Shopify experience
- Basic reporting and analytics experience
- Experience using AI productivity tools
