Azenco Us
Salesforce Marketing Operations Manager
Hialeah, FL, US • On-site • $75K - $90K
Job Details
About This Role
Azenco Outdoor manufactures louvered pergolas and outdoor living structures, sold through a network of certified dealers across the United States.
This is not an advertising role: our external agency runs the campaigns. You will own Salesforce on the marketing side and build the lead and communication engine yourself: lead capture, routing, nurture, newsletters, dealer follow\-up, and reporting. It is a hands\-on build role, not an oversight one.
Responsibilities
Lead capture and routing
- Ensure all leads generated through the website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, dealer campaigns, events, and other sources are correctly captured in Salesforce.
- Build and own the automation that decides which lead goes to which dealer, based on territory, coverage, and program participation.
- Handle the exceptions: bad or missing ZIP codes, no dealer in the area, territory overlaps, junk submissions, reassignments.
- Monitor whether leads are contacted within expected response times, and escalate the ones that are not.
Salesforce ownership
- Own the marketing side of the system: fields, picklists, lead statuses, validation rules, duplicate and matching rules, page layouts.
- Build and test in our sandbox, then deploy with sign\-off. You will receive a full handover of the existing setup in your first weeks, and from there you run the marketing side, working to agreed priorities with a weekly review.
- Keep Salesforce data accurate, standardized, and usable, and put processes in place that keep it that way.
- Document what you build and maintain clear internal operating procedures.
AI as a working tool
- Use AI, Claude in particular, to move faster on real projects: building and testing flow logic, cleaning and classifying data, drafting documentation and standing up small automations that would otherwise sit on a backlog.
- Bring us the cases where it genuinely saves time, build them, and show the before and after.
Nurture, email, and text
- Build automated nurture journeys for leads who are not ready to buy yet, which is most of them on a considered purchase like ours.
- Build the follow\-up sequences that matter: quoted but gone quiet, cold reactivation, post trade\-show follow\-up, seasonal re\-entry before the build season.
- Stand up SMS, including consent capture and opt\-out handling, and use it where a text works better than an email.
- Segment by source, engagement, geography, product interest, and stage, so prospects do not receive conflicting or excessive messages.
- Test and optimize sequences continuously based on engagement and conversion data.
Newsletters
- Build and send newsletters to three distinct audiences: homeowners, architects, and builders.
- Grow and clean each list, keep segmentation accurate, and keep consent and opt\-outs correct.
- Own the calendar, coordinate content with Marketing, and report on what each send produced.
Dealer network
- Follow up with dealers on lead status and lead quality as a running routine, not an occasional call.
- Track dealer response time, status updates, appointments, and resulting sales, and publish a scorecard showing which dealers convert the leads we send.
- Identify dealers with weak follow\-up and work with the dealer development team to improve CRM adoption.
- Feed lead quality back to Marketing and to our advertising agency so campaign decisions reflect what converts.
Requirements
- 5 or more years in Salesforce administration, marketing operations, sales operations, or lead management.
- You build in Salesforce yourself: flows, validation rules, duplicate and matching rules, reports, and dashboards. This role does not have a developer behind it for marketing work.
- Hands\-on experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot), including building lifecycle nurture programs and reporting on their results.
- Email and SMS execution experience, including consent, deliverability, and list hygiene.
- Strong analytical and data\-management skills, and comfort reconciling systems that disagree.
- You already use AI tools such as Claude in your day\-to\-day work and can show something you built with them, including what it replaced.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including with dealers and external partners.
Pay: $75,000\.00 \- $90,000\.00 per year
Benefits
- 401(k)
- Dental insurance
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- Vision insurance
