Sales Operations Coordinator

Basta Boatlifts is seeking an individual with experience in sales, customer service, reception or as an executive assistant or office manager. While the title is Sale Operations Coordinator, the role is more diverse than that. The right candidate is not only a skilled professional, but is also a reliable, fun and focused team member. We are a wholesale company, which is fast paced in the spring and summer and tapers off a little in the Fall and Winter. The role support sales, CS, accounting, marketing and President. They are usually the first interaction with customers therefore technically reports to Sales. The majority of the role is supporting dealers, managing leads and ensuring orders go out the door timely and accurately. This role is a critical spoke in the office wheel, they interact with just about everyone and make the sales process flow.

With an office team of only 10, we need team members who are willing and interested to help in other departments when there is a need.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Review and respond to sales leads
• Process Sales Orders
• Customer/Dealer Support
• Booking LTL and FTL freight
• Greet customers/vendors/guests to the office
• Support Director of Finance/HR with Accounts Receivable processing
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• Ability to relate to and communicate with anyone
• Proficient typing
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel

Preferred Skills:

• SAP
• ShipStation
• Teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in reception, customer service or sales support
• Ability to work collaboratively and alone
• Fast learner
• Supportive of change
• Self-starter
• Strong attention to detail
• History of good attendance- on-time, every day
• Authorized to work in the U.S
• Prior employer and supervisor references

Location:

Our production facility is within walking distance of the Sound Transit Link Light Rail Angle Lake station.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10-hour shift- 7am – 5:30pm
• Monday to Thursday
