The Sales Operations \& Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the CRM system, supporting the sales team with accurate data and insights, and ensuring seamless integration across ERP, Database and Manufacturing platforms. This role is key to enabling data\-driven decision\-making and enhancing customer experience across our global sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize CRM and NetSuite ERP systems to support sales and operational processes.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for CRM, NetSuite, and reporting tools.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable sales and business insights.
  • Produce and manage daily and ad hoc reports to deliver actionable insights for Sales, Operations, and other business functions.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality across CRM and ERP systems, including audits and data cleansing.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate cross\-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, R\&D, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of sales processes, SOPs, and system enhancements.
  • Support campaign tracking and performance measurement in coordination with Marketing.
  • Ensure alignment and integration between CRM, NetSuite, and other business systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
  • Support the company in achieving sales performance and operational efficiency goals.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Education \& Experience

  • 3\+5 years’ experience in CRM administration or sales operations, in a manufacturing or B2B setting \- College degree a plus, but experience is a must.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP, PowerBI a plus
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting utilizing databases (SQL, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments.
  • Familiarity with the flavor, fragrance, or chemical manufacturing industry is a plus.

  • Capable of meeting deadlines and adapting to rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Contributes to Key Account, Sales, and Customer Care success with initiative and idea generation.
  • Work with Key Sales Account Managers to execute directions of established processes and procedures.
  • Computer Proficiency including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Compensation\- $90,000 to $98,000 yearly commensurate with experience with eligibility to participate in discretionary bonus programs
