About This Role
Director of Marketing Operations
The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for leading the systems, processes, analytics, and operational infrastructure that support Berkeley Life’s marketing organization across both B2B (healthcare practitioner) and B2C (consumer/patient) audiences. This role ensures marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, measured effectively, and aligned with the company’s commercial and growth objectives
The Director of Marketing Operations oversees marketing planning, campaign operations, marketing technology, and performance analytics, enabling scalable marketing programs that support practitioner engagement, consumer education, and revenue growth.
You report directly to the CEO and work closely with teams across Sales, Brand, Clinical Affairs, Customer Success, and agency partners.
What You'll Do
Marketing planning and calendar
- Own the master marketing calendar across all B2B and B2C activity, including campaigns, launches, events, and practitioner programs, ensuring everything is resourced, sequenced, and visible to leadership.
- Lead quarterly planning cycles that translate commercial priorities into an organized, executable roadmap with clear owners and deadlines.
Campaign and project operations
- Drive end\-to\-end campaign execution, owning timelines, briefing processes, approval workflows, and cross\-functional coordination from kick\-off to launch.
- Build and maintain standardized project management frameworks so campaigns are briefed consistently, executed cleanly, and delivered without last\-minute scrambles.
Events and experiential
- Lead operational planning and execution of Berkeley Life's marketing events, including practitioner conferences, trade shows, educational events, and consumer activations, from scoping through to on\-the\-ground delivery.
- Build repeatable event playbooks that make each successive activation faster and better to run.
Marketing technology
- Own the marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation, campaign management, and integrations, ensuring systems support both practitioner and consumer programs and data flows reliably between platforms.
Reporting and commercial alignment
- Maintain clear, consistent performance reporting across campaigns, events, and programs, giving leadership a reliable view without requiring deep dives.
- Partner with Sales to connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes through lead routing, follow\-up sequencing, and closed\-loop reporting.
Cross\-functional coordination
- Act as the operational connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Brand, Clinical Affairs, and Customer Success, keeping integrated programs coordinated and ensuring nothing falls between teams.
Who You Are
- 5 to 8 years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or integrated marketing, with meaningful experience in health, wellness, nutrition, or consumer product brands.
- Exceptional organizational skills. You build the system, run the calendar, and make sure the whole team knows what is happening and when.
- Proven project management experience across complex, multi\-channel programs involving internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Experience planning and executing marketing events including trade shows, practitioner conferences, and consumer activations.
- Comfortable owning a marketing tech stack and making it work practically for the team.
- Strong communicator who holds stakeholders accountable, runs tight meetings, and flags problems early.
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing programs, particularly where HCP and consumer audiences intersect.
