Marketing Operations Associate

The Marketing Operations Associate will report to the Director of Marketing and serve as the primary client contact for a portfolio of accounts. You'll work alongside cross\-functional teams, including Brand, IT, and Finance to build client relationships, interpret financial data, and maximize program performance.

Responsibilities include

• Managing day\-to\-day client communications and relationships across online and call center channels
• Navigating dashboards to extract and interpret key client metrics (pay\-ups, authorization rates, chargebacks)
• Reading and understanding P\&L elements for clients and performing simple "what if" financial analyses
• Scheduling and leading regular client status calls with documented follow\-up
• Translating data and reports into clear insights that drive client decisions
• Understanding client business models and identifying growth opportunities for your portfolio
• Working knowledge of program setup, operational processes, and internal systems
• Contributing to reports and presentations for senior leadership

Qualifications/Skills

• 0\-2 years of experience in marketing, account management, or client services. Experience in direct marketing and membership programs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to build rapport and relationships with both clients and internal partners
• Financial fluency. Comfortable reading dashboards, interpreting P\&L data, and explaining financial impacts to internal leadership
• Data interpretation skills with capacity to translate results into actionable insights
• Client\-first mindset with genuine interest in understanding client businesses
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and follow\-through
• Problem\-solving orientation. Ability to find solutions amid ambiguity with determination and grit
